Honey Cake

Cream together-

1 3/4 cups butter softened
3 cups honey

Then add-

8 eggs beaten
4 tsp vanilla

Mix then add-

4 1/4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda

Combine all.

Butter then flour 12 muffin cups and a jelly roll (cookie sheet) pan.
Bake cupcakes at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.
Bake cake at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Excellent topped with the chocolate fudge recipe (used as icing).
